A tool is not loading or seems stuck+
Try refreshing the page and using Chrome, Edge, or Brave for the best WebAssembly performance. Clear your browser cache if the issue persists. Safari and Firefox work but may be slower with large files.
My file format is not supported+
Each tool page lists its supported formats. If you need a format that is not listed, let us know — we may be able to add support. For video, try converting with our
Video Converter to a supported format first.
Processing is slow or fails on large files+
All processing uses your device's CPU and memory. For large files (over 500MB), ensure you have enough free RAM and use a desktop browser. For video splitting, enable Fast Mode to skip re-encoding and process instantly regardless of file size.
Are my files stored or sent anywhere?+
No. Every tool processes files locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Nothing is uploaded to our servers or any third party. When you close the tab, all data is cleared from memory. Read more on our
